Holistic Healing for Body and Mind
The approach I take can range from basic level health teaching in specific areas such as; developing
self esteem, self-awareness, establishing personal boundaries, emotional connections, building
communication strategies and social skills, stress and anger treatment and improving your personal
judgment and insight.
I believe in taking a client-centered, whole body holistic approach to therapy in a safe, confidential,
comfortable and professional office, focusing on resolving a wide variety of personal issues for my clients.
More sophisticated in-depth approaches, including “self-excavation” and a blending of Cognitive-Behavioural
techniques and a variety of proven, psychotherapeutic approaches may be necessary to progress treatment
and achieve complete and lasting success. Your therapy begins at the point you contact my office.
By making that call you have made the first step. I welcome and encourage any questions you may have
about my approach to ensure that it is right for you before you make your appointment.
It’s only natural to want to know more about the process, results, as-well-as my training and
experience in the areas that relate to your concerns.
See the FAQ’s page.

Brief Strategic Interventions
I accept a number of belief systems and incorporate any that are appropriate in the process of positive
growth and healthy change. Regardless of the path you choose it will move you forward along your
journey towards personal growth. I understand that every client has individual concerns, issues, and needs.
Clients are generally more comfortable and more responsive to therapies and approaches that suit their
specific needs and personal style. Every client is unique, and each person I work with benefits from a unique
approach. In most cases, individuals are unable to change old patterns without the help and guidance of
a professional. Once you have made the decision to commit to therapy, we decide upon the frequency
of our meetings. Each session lasts for 50 minutes. Most individuals are comfortable with meeting once weekly.
During stressful or crisis times you may feel you need more intensive therapy and may attend therapy multiple times per week.
